Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are the jumpers safe?

Yes, all of our bouncers are safe, so long as you follow our Safety Instructions to ensure an enjoyable and safe enviornment.

2. What age groups are the bouncers for?

Bouncers are generally good for all age groups. Some jumpers are suited for smaller kids; some are suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each product's page or contact us at (818) 396-9694 for more information. 

3. What is the rental duration?

The rentals are roughly eight (8) hours, but you have the option to keep products over night with an additional fee. 

4. When does my order get off and pick up?

We do the best we can to deliver your order an hour before and after your scheduled delivery and pick up time. 

5. What happens when it rains?

The units cannot be used in the rain or with winds exceeding 20mph. You will be fully refunded in case of rain or severe weather conditions. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information. 

6. Do you need to put a deposit?

There is a 10% deposit taken at the time of booking and remainder of the fee is due at drop-off. 

7. Can I cancel my order?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for a full Cancelation Policy. 

8. Can adults participate in jumpers?

The units can hold up to 1000lbs, so adults can jump, too. However, please only allow children to jump with children and adults only with adults. 

9. Does the unit need to be plugged in at all times?

Yes, a blower attached to the unit (included) keeps it inflated, so it must be plugged in and turned on the entire time. 

10. Are there any special requirements?

Some of the units require two (2) blowers, which must be turned on while the unit is being used. Each blower must be plugged into two separate circuits; otherwise, the blowers will trip your circuit. 

11. What if there aren’t any circuits or plugs near my setup location?

If you do not have any electrical power available at your setup location, you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must Contact Us at (818) 396-9694 to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable/game/concession. 

12. Can I set up anywhere?

The best location is a flat, grassy area, but bouncers can be set up just about anywhere. Additional charges may apply for certain setup locations; please see Terms and Conditions for further information. 

13. Should I tip the driver?

Yes, tipping is greatly appreciated by our drivers. It is customary to tip 15%-20% for services based on the level of service. Party rentals are considered a service since you technically do not purchase anything nor pay sales tax because of it.
