Rental Terms

• Rentals are generally for an eight-hour (8) period, so please select delivery and pick up times accordingly. We kindly suggest a one hour window to the start of your event.
• If you would like your rentals for a longer period, please choose the Overnight Option at checkout (additional fees apply).
• Cancellations must be done within 72 hours before the rental date; otherwise a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply.
• Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy days or during severe weather conditions.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure rented product(s) will fit.
• There is an additional fee if there are Stairs leading to the setup location (fees vary by amount of steps). 
• Please refer to our Safety Instructions, in order to provide a fun and safe environment.
